Spencer Locke (full name Spencer Augustus Locke) is a young American actress. At the age of seven, she starred in several commercials. She began her career in cinema at the age of eleven with the television project “Without a Trace”.

The girl was born in the fall of 1991 in the United States. At an early age, she began to show interest in art and creativity. Spencer loved drawing, singing and dancing. When she was six years old, she was asked to draw how she sees herself in the future. The girl portrayed herself on stage with a crown on her head, which was decorated with a huge star.
Already at the age of seven, she began to attend a theater school for children, where she studied acting. There, the girl was noticed by representatives of an advertising company and invited to television, where she began acting in her first commercials.
Film career
Parents in every possible way encouraged her daughter's passion for creativity and so that she could fulfill her dreams, they moved to Los Angeles. There, Lock began to attend castings and tried on roles in television projects.
Soon, she was able to get a small role in the crime-drama series "Without a Trace", which tells about the work of a special unit that deals with solving crimes using the latest achievements in the field of psychology. Locke got a guest role in several episodes of the series.
Then Spencer again played a cameo role in the film "Spanish English". The plot of the picture was set in America, where Flor Moreno and her daughter Christina came from Mexico. But in order to get a good job and find new friends, they need to overcome the language barrier. They only speak Spanish, and all their new friends understand only English.
Spencer got a permanent role in the children's comedy series "The Ned's Declassified Guide to Surviving at School" in 2004, playing a schoolgirl named Bitsy.
At the end of her work in the series, Locke took part in the filming and voice acting of the main character Jenny in the animated film "Monster House". Interestingly, this was one of the first animated films to use the so-called motion capture. Actors performed their roles in the studio, at this time a digital recording of their work was made, and then it was converted into movements of the animated characters of the film.
According to the plot of the film, three friends find out that the house next door is a real monster. But no one believes them. To prove that they are right, the children themselves begin to fight with the monster house.

Locke has starred in a variety of television projects, including: The Vampire Diaries, Detective Rush, The City of Predators, Marine Police, Two and a Half Men, CSI: Cyberspace, Rosewood.
