Legend has it that once upon a time, brave warriors from a tribe known as Apaches repeatedly raided colonial settlements. This could not go on forever, and one day in the early morning an armed detachment burst into the Apache camp, which consisted of military and furious volunteers. The Indians were taken by surprise.
The colonists were determined and brutal, and therefore with the first shots were killed with fifty Indians. The remaining couple of dozens took refuge on top of a nearby cliff. However, soon they were forced to lose their lives, but unlike their brothers, voluntarily: as soon as the Indians ran out of arrows, the men bravely rushed straight from the cliff to the rocks, so as not to be shot by their enemies.
Worried from grief and longing for the dead, Apache women poured tears in streams. And it so happened that their tears turned into beautiful minerals that can still be found on the rocky lands of Arizona. Here is a story.
By the way, in the mythology of our days, these stones are special amulets that are presented to their loved ones so that they are lucky in everything. People argue that the "Apache tears" not only bring good, but also develop leadership qualities, add courage. It is believed on the North American continent that the owners of these minerals will never again shed tears of bitterness and resentment.
