Alexey Ivanovich Slapovsky was born on July 29, 1957 in the Soviet Union, in a small settlement near the village of Rovnoye, Saratov Region. Parents of Alexei Slapovsky were quite busy people and worked from morning to evening at an agricultural enterprise. Little Alexey and his brother did not attend kindergarten.
