Starting conditions
Vyacheslav Sizov was born on August 3, 1966 in an ordinary family. Parents lived in the village of Pervomaiskoe, near the city of Tomsk. My father worked as a combine harvester at a local state farm. Mother taught a foreign language at school. The child grew up in favorable conditions. He was thoroughly prepared for adulthood. Accustomed to work and accuracy. The young specialist worked for several years as an investigator in one of the regions of the region. After that, he was transferred with an increase from one settlement to another. In 1998, Vyacheslav Viktorovich was appointed prosecutor of the city of Tomsk. At this point, his name was entered in the federal register of personnel reserve.
