Sergey Kharchenko is a Soviet theater and film actor. He was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR and People's Artist of the RSFSR. The actor also holds the Order of the Badge of Honor, which he received in 1974.
Biography and career
Sergey Vasilievich Kharchenko was born on September 1, 1923 in Moscow, and died on September 19, 1995 at the age of 72 years. He was educated at the Theater School named after M. S. Shchepkin. Sergei participated in the productions of the Theater of the Carpathian Military District, and then worked at the Maly Theater. Harchenko has more than 30 movie roles.
