The famous writer, a native of Azerbaijan, writing in Russian, was born on March 12, 1984 in an ordinary Soviet family. Parents lived in the beautiful city of Baku in the East. My father worked as a civil aviation pilot. Mother was engaged in housework. Elchin Safarli grew up and raised in a favorable environment with his brother. A child from an early age was distinguished by observation and a good memory.
The boy learned to read early. He had the habit of reading all the textbooks at the beginning of the school year. School's favorite subject is literature. Already at the age of twelve, Safarli began to compose small stories and bring them to the local newspaper. Meticulous journalists immediately found out that the name Elchin integrates creative energy and intelligence. The novice writer scooped the plots of his stories in the surrounding reality, and wrote down directly in the lessons.
In the literary field
Already in high school, the young man began to collaborate with the editors of the city newspaper. After graduating from school, Safarli decided to get a specialized education, and entered the journalism department at the International University of Azerbaijan. Over the years spent in student audiences, the novice writer gained experience from related fields of knowledge. Elchin prepared materials for placement in newspapers or magazines and at the same time got acquainted with television technologies. After graduating, Safarli worked for several years as a journalist on television.
