He got a clean, beautiful handwriting, as he says, from his father, who had two degrees and worked as the director of the Gudermes school. Father was a well-read man. My son also loved books from childhood. It helped him a lot.

Journalistic work

In 2000, the Gudermes newspaper began to be published, and he began to write about the situation in Chechnya. He has written over 200 articles about the recent war. His publications were distinguished by relevance, truthfulness and intelligibility. R. Yusupov claims that the beginning began - a man, his right to life, freedom, property. Even at the beginning of the first decade of the 21st century, R. Yusupov called the republic disgraced. There was no war, no peace in it, the destroyed economy was destroyed and the impoverished social sphere. Around the mourning atmosphere of the victims and everyday anxiety for the living. And finally, the military phase is completed, work is underway on a draft Constitution of the republic, a referendum has been scheduled for its adoption.

Poetry
R. Yusupov recalls when he undertook rhymes, he tried to express his feelings in verse. In youth, this did not always work out. He studied the basics of versification, size. Over time, the understanding came that poems were written at the call of the heart. The themes of his poetry are determined by life itself. There are poems about dramatic events, about the suffering of the people. Subsequently, he departs from the war, begins to philosophize, because he is already over 60 years old and it is necessary to comprehend the past.
Reflecting on how poems are created, he admits that there is some kind of impulse, and he involuntarily feels it. But if you set a goal, it’s hard to write, and that “highlight” will not be there. Ruslan finds time to write after work, in the early morning or late evening. He believes that the poet sees more than the average person and that higher feelings are expressed in poetry. Aspiration in the sublime, noble - that is what drives the poet. And he must tell others about this. The poet is more impressive, vulnerable, sensitive
.He is the poet of life. His works are attractive and melodic. They become songs. The hero of the musical project "Voice" Sharip Umkhanov in his repertoire appeared a song on Yusupov's verses.
Good civic poetry
The main idea of some poems is that no matter what happens in the world, the Chechens are to blame. The lines feel the pain of the author from such an understanding of events. He is a true protector of his people.
R. Yusupov loves to write about good deeds, about kind words, about a kind smile that can be presented to each other. Kind words are also very important in our lives. What will we leave after ourselves? According to the author, - a particle of a good heart. After all of us, a crown of goodness will remain in the world.
Poetic philosophy of love
In his poetic luggage there are wise philosophical poems about what love really is. Already in the name itself the answer is given. No wonder the author used textual antonyms - poison and balm. He said this all at once.
Often in his poems there is sadness about separation. Winter. People are not alone. Will they step together in the spring? Not. And they will not meet the summer dawn together. The gray-haired time has already come, but they are not together. And so the next round of the seasons, because there is no place where they were always together.
Meetings with the young generation
R. Yusupov loves to meet with students, schoolchildren, young poets. He advises you not to be afraid to express an opinion, state what is in your heart, write as soon as it is clear that you are inspired by something. He is convinced that the young generation needs to read the classics, to know the chivalrous attitude to women and to show it. Feel the beauty of a worthy deed, a beautiful word and try to do so.
