Biography
Alehno from Belarus, the future singer was born (10/14/1981) and grew up in Bobruisk. Parents, Fedor Vasilyevich and Galina Ivanovna, raised two sons: Ruslan and Yura. Ruslan is the eldest child. My father was a military man by profession, and my mother worked as a foreman at a sewing enterprise. The brothers often skipped classes - while parents were at work, there was no one to look after the tomboys.
At the age of eight, his father took Ruslan to "music." Ruslan dreamed of a saxophone, but there was no necessary class at school, and Ruslan began to master the button accordion and trumpet. Father reasoned that the trumpet and saxophone are almost the same thing. From that moment, Ruslan and his brother began to skip music lessons as well. Despite the careless attitude to classes, Ruslan still received a certificate of musical education. The future famous singer mastered the game on several more musical instruments. He learned to play the guitar, as well as drums and keyboards. But the musician did not work out of him - Alehno fell in love with singing and composing music.
Career
Since 1996, Ruslan is a regular participant in vocal competitions. In 2000, at the Vivat Victory contest, Ruslan achieved the first significant success and took first place. From this moment on, Alekhno wins various music competitions and festivals every year.
In 1998, Ruslan graduated from a comprehensive school and needed a profession. The choice fell on the College of Motor Transport in his hometown. Alekhno also graduated in absentia from the Moscow State Institute of Culture at the faculty of pop and jazz.
At the end of college, Ruslan was drafted into the Armed Forces. After serving in the army, Ruslan did not return to Bobruisk - he was invited to remain in the Army in the song and dance ensemble of the Belarusian Armed Forces. Suddenly, singing began to generate income and, as part of the ensemble, Ruslan toured the country and Europe for four years.
Work in the ensemble at first brought joy and realization of the singer’s innate talents. Soon the artistic director left the collective, and Ruslan realized for himself that he had no prospects in this team. Alehno leaves the ensemble and begins a solo career. In 2005, he released his first album, Sooner or Late. In the same year, the song "New Year" falls into several CIS music charts. In 2008, Ruslan Alekhno represents the Republic of Belarus at the European Eurovision Song Contest.
