What is meant by the term "driving culture"? This means that the person driving the car complies with the rules of the road, does not create emergency situations, ensures that other motorists and pedestrians do not inconvenience. Alas, in Russian reality this does not always happen.

Where does driving culture come from?
The culture of driving automatically follows from the general culture of man. Some drivers "reckless", taking unjustifiably risk, do not give way to other cars (even if required to do so), behave rudely and aggressively.
In order to drive your own car does not turn into a problem or a source of danger for other people, its owner must comply with generally accepted standards, rules of conduct in society. That is, to take care not only about their own interests, but also about the interests of others, to be polite, not to give free rein to emotions. And this directly depends on the level of general culture, man's upbringing. Unfortunately, it should be recognized that some citizens of Russia clearly lack culture and education. If a person is rude, selfish and unceremonious in everyday life, he will behave in the same way, sitting behind the wheel.
A major role in reducing the overall level of culture and upbringing in Russian society was played by the socio-political changes that occurred after the collapse of the USSR. No wonder the last decade of the last century is called the "crazy 90s." The painful upheavals experienced by our people, the impoverishment of many millions of people, the sharp decline in morality, the rapid growth of crime, the annoying propaganda that introduced the idea of success at all costs and the cult of money - all this did not pass without a trace. Many people, especially young ones, believed that one should be adamant, unyielding, think only of one's own interests, that kindness, politeness, and the ability to take into account others are the destiny of losers (losers). No wonder they became aggressive, unceremonious drivers.
Unfortunately, such views are still characteristic of some Russians.
