Childhood, youth
Svetlana Albertovna was born on June 23, 1962. The family lived in Moscow. Since childhood, Svetlana was interested in creativity, so her parents sent her to a music school, where she mastered the accordion and piano. The girl was also a member of the USSR State Radio and Television Choir.
After school, Razin, at the insistence of her mother, began to study at the Technological Institute. Tsiolkovsky. In her student years, Svetlana sang as part of the Rodnik collective, and also mastered the bass guitar. After graduating, she began to work as a specialist in a factory.
Creative biography
In "Mirage" Razin was by accident. Once in a store she met a young man. It was Andrey Lityagin, he called a pretty girl to his project. At the same time, Svetlana was invited to the Moskontsert, but she accepted Lityagin's offer.
Razina’s career in “Mirage” began in 1987. Then the first cassette “Stars are Waiting for Us” came out. Svetlana did not participate in the recordings; the compositions were performed by Sukhankina Margarita and Gulkina Natalya.
The Mirage became very popular, there were a lot of tours, 80-90 concerts were held per month. Many songs often sounded on the radio. However, Razin still left the team. After her departure in the “Mirage” did not work out a permanent composition, the vocalists changed quite often.
Together with Valery Sokolov, they created the Fairy project. Later, another Mirage member, Inna Smirnova, joined the team. In 1988, the album "Our Music" appeared, in subsequent years the collections "Princess of Dreams" (1990), "My Wind" (1991) were released.
In 1994, Svetlana began a solo career, performing songs of various styles. In 1998, her album “Call Yourself” appeared; later, the singer recorded 10 more albums. Razina wrote songs herself, collaborated with artists, participated in projects. For some time she performed with Natalia Gulkina.
In 2009, Razina’s book “Music Connected Us” appeared, the singer wrote a column in the press “The Yellow Press”. In 2015, 2 clips for the songs of Svetlana were released. The singer continued to participate in music programs, and also appeared on the TV show as a former vocalist of "Mirage".
