An Angela Nevolina, a native of Leningrad and a successor to the dynastic cultural tradition, is known to the mass audience for her role as typist Vasnetsova in the immortal adaptation of Mikhail Bulgakov’s literary work “Dog’s Heart”, as well as for roles in the films from the “nineties” that were awarded the Fedor Nikitin Lucky winner award and Life with an idiot. In addition, at the IFC in Turin in 1994, she was awarded the prize for her brilliantly played female role in the film "I Will Not Let You Go Nowhere."

An honored artist of Russia since 2009 - Angelika Sergeyevna Nevolina - during her acting career showed an enviable devotion to the theater scene of her native Maly Drama Theater in St. Petersburg. Despite the rather extensive filmography behind her shoulders, in recent years she has been realizing her talent exclusively on the stage.
Biography and career of Angelica Sergeevna Nevolina
The future theater and film actress was born on April 2, 1962 in a Leningrad creative family. Her mother worked at Lenfilm, and Alexander Demyanenko (the legendary performer of the role of Shurik) took the place of her father shortly after the birth of her daughter because of a divorce from her husband. Angelica's parents lived a long and happy life together and surrounded the girl with care and attention
Of course, in such a family, Nevolina could not dream of any fate other than acting. Therefore, in 1983, she successfully graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography in a course with L. A. Dodin and A. I. Katsman. And she made her debut on the theater stage from the first courses in her native university.
After receiving her diploma, Angelica was assigned to the troupe of the Comedy Theater, where she worked for four seasons, and already in 1987 transferred to the Maly Drama Theater in her hometown, in which she still appears on the stage to this day.
Domestic cinema learned about Nevolina in 1983, when she first appeared on the set in the film "This Sweet Old House." And then, until 2013, her filmography with enviable constancy was replenished with successful film works in very popular projects, among which I especially want to highlight the following: “House on the Dunes” (1984), “Parade of the Planets” (1984), “Sentimental Journey to the Potato” (1986), "Happy Days" (1991), "Living with an Idiot" (1993), "Happy Loser" (1993), "I Will Not Let You Go Anywhere" (1994), "About Freaks and People" (1998), " Agency "Golden Bullet" (2002), "Realtor" (2005), "Cargo 200" (2007), "Demons" (2008), "Sea of Animals" (2012), Mayakovsky. Two days "(2013).
Currently, the actress has completely devoted her creative life to the stages of the Maly Drama Theater in St. Petersburg, where theatergoers can enjoy her talented transformation into a wide variety of characters.
