Young people are trying to quickly find work. Reason: lack of experience, lack of skills. This is used by dishonest employers. The moral is as follows.
Private company:
- entitled to pay a minimum salary;
- man is the creator of personal success;
- offers a "bonus" for fulfilling a plan above salary.
There are no contributions to social funds from "premium" money:
- pay an additional 30% of the amount of payment to the employee is unprofitable;
- the employee cannot constantly fulfill the plan.
Business arguments:
- otherwise survival is impossible;
- mass unemployment and impoverishment are worse;
- such encouragement is the only possible one.
State organizations:
- beginners without experience are paid a minimum;
- increase the rate after acquiring experience;
- often forced to work for free;
- high level of requirements.
Other non-state firms are the same.
Complaints to the IFTS, the labor inspectorate and the prosecutor's office are useless:
- payment of the minimum salary - the norm of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- receipt of illegal money - a fine for illegal business under Part 2 of Art. 116 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation or a criminal case under Art. 171, 198 of the Criminal Code;
- the company will pay and get out;
- the employee will lose his place, accumulate debts or go to jail;
- scammers will be given a “wolf ticket”: colleagues will not accept;
- attempts to change the system will fail.
The tactics of intimidation and threats are actively used:
- We have an old, famous company.
- We create jobs for the city, district.
- Leaders:
- on the board of honor;
- industry award winners;
- degree holders;
- media people.

Business owners indicate in labor agreements that the rate is not lower than established by law in order to justify themselves to the regulatory authorities.

Understanding comes with age: the choice is made completely, there is no turning back. During the search during the crisis, the applicant with experience in the interview hears the sentence: "Why do you need an employment contract? You fill out an IP in the tax office, come to the office, work calmly from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. as a hired employee. Once a quarter I will let you go and give reports." It becomes clear: it is worse.

At this age, the search for a job with payment at the market level is a grueling marathon with insurmountable obstacles. Youth wins.
The work itself becomes a vital value. The poor and the poor are employed.
