Biography
Sergey was born in the summer of 1948 in the Vyborgsky district of Leningrad, where he entered secondary school No. 66. As a child, he actively participated in amateur performances, all kinds of productions, concerts, but at the same time he constantly received diplomas at mathematical and physical Olympiads.
Sergey’s choice of an educational institution after school was quite unexpected for all his relatives - his friends thought that he would go to the Theater, and he considered himself not serious enough for the acting profession and applied to the Faculty of Mathematics of Leningrad State University. But after four courses, he quit the University and went to the reception room of the Theater Institute. And he was late, having appeared before the eyes of the commission only for the third round, but the talented guy was met, and he did the same.
Already in their third year, students began to "show themselves" on the stage. Losev Sergey Vasilievich joined the Golikov troupe and, not yet having a diploma, began to perform in performances. The future famous actor graduated from theater in 1975, gave his mentor Golikov five years to work in the Comedy Theater, and since 1980 he became a permanent employee and one of the leading actors of the St. Petersburg Bolshoi Theater. Movie career
The year 1975 was unusually eventful for Sergey Losev. This is a diploma of the Theater Institute, and a film debut (the short film "What is Good and What is Bad"), and a meeting with the charming actress of the Puppet Theater Tatyana Nazarchuk, who became his faithful companion for life. And he began to grow bald, thanks to which he acquired an impressive appearance of a respected person, which was quickly appreciated by filmmakers.
Almost every year, a representative young actor was invited to shoot. An important milestone in Sergey’s work was the film “In love with one’s own will”, where, although he played a cameo role, he gained great experience in filming with a “star” acting team.
Losev starred in such films as “Boys” (1983), “Sunday Papa” (1985), “The Life of Klim Samghin” (1988), “Crime Quartet” (1989) and others. After the collapse of the USSR began to appear mainly in the series: "Streets of Broken Lights", "Deadly Force", "Kamenskaya", "Soldiers" and so on. With age, the actor has become similar to Khrushchev and recently often embodies the image of this politician on the screen.
