During the years of schooling, relations between students and teachers do not always develop normally. There can be many reasons for this, among which there is a violation of the law by the teacher. If the problem cannot be resolved peacefully, parents can complain about the teacher.
Instruction manual
1
The very first person you should notify of the teacher’s inappropriate behavior is the director. For starters, you can try to solve the problem that worries you verbally, in person. If this brings the desired effect, it is worth writing him a written complaint, to which he will be obliged to give an official response.
2
To make a complaint, write on a sheet of A4 format information about who you are addressing your message and indicate your name, surname and patronymic. After that, clearly and clearly describe the problem situation. At the same time, try to avoid unnecessary expression, obscene and vernacular phrases - then the complaint will produce a stronger effect.
3
If possible, include evidence of teacher misconduct in relation to your child. Describe what his behavior led to - fear of the student, unwillingness to attend classes, etc. Please note that the complaint will have a greater effect if you prepare it collectively, with other parents who are dissatisfied with the behavior of the teacher. Sign the complaint and remove a copy from it.
4
Take two copies of the drawn up appeal to the secretary of the director and wait for the registration number and date to be placed on your copy. You must be answered within 30 days.
5
If the complaint addressed to the principal did not bring the desired effect, make a similar appeal to the Education Department of the district that monitors the activities of the schools. The next instance is the Ministry of Education and Science of your region or region. In the latter case, your appeal will still be unsubscribed to the District Education Department, and there they will decide on the issue with the school principal.

You can also call the appropriate authorities on the hotline, which today must be indicated on their official website. Or send an email there.
