Contact the head of the pharmaceutical center if you have a conflict at the checkout. Try to identify the problem first at this level. The dispute may be resolved in your favor, and from the pharmacy you will leave already quite satisfied with the service.

In the event that neither the pharmacist nor her manager properly responded to your complaints, ask for a complaint book, which is available in each pharmacy. Describe the conflict in detail in this book. Leave in it the data about yourself (surname, first name, middle name, phone number, if desired, you can also have a home address). Ask to consider your question and resolve it shortly. At the end of your entry, be sure to indicate the date you contacted the pharmacy. In your written message, it is also worth mentioning that if you ignore your complaint, you will contact the higher competent authorities.

Contact the Rospotrebnadzor if you want to complain about a fake product, medicine of inadequate quality or an expired drug. Rospotrebnadzor branches are in almost all cities of our country. You can also send your complaint to this government agency by e-mail. In your application to this supervisory authority, describe in detail the situation that has occurred in the pharmaceutical center (do not forget to write the address and name of the pharmacy), attach a copy of the receipt of the purchased goods, and other available documentary evidence of your innocence.

The competence of this organization includes the resolution of conflicts that arose in pharmacies, and the consideration of claims related to the issue of health in our country. Send a written complaint to a specific pharmacy to the department of Roszdravnadzor in your city for consideration and adoption of appropriate measures.
