One of the most famous cemeteries not only in Moscow but also in Russia is Vagankovskoye. It is located in the northwest of the capital. The cemetery appeared in 1771 near the village of New Vagankovo. Subsequently, many famous people were buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery.

Vladimir Ivanovich Dahl
Vladimir Ivanovich Dahl was born on November 22, 1801 in Yekaterinoslav governorate, and died on October 4, 1872. Out of 70 years of his life, this doctor, scientist, writer and lexicographer devoted most of his time to compiling the Explanatory Dictionary of the Living Great Russian Language. Vladimir Dahl knew at least 12 languages, had a good understanding of Turkic languages and was recognized by modern science as one of the first Turkologists. Throughout his life he collected folklore. He gave the songs he heard from different people and subsequently recorded to the writer Pyotr Kireevsky, and the tales to Alexander Afanasyev. The collection of popular prints by Vladimir Dahl became the property of the Imperial Public Library.
Dahl's father was a Dane. Johan Christian von Dahl in 1799 took Russian citizenship and took a Russian name for himself - Ivan Matveevich Dahl. He studied languages and studied linguistics, worked in St. Petersburg as a court librarian. In Jena, he graduated from the medical faculty and became a doctor in Russia. From marriage with Mary Khristoforovna Freytag four sons were born. The world-famous linguist Vladimir Dahl was a senior.

Vladimir received primary education from his parents. Since childhood, he loved to read, and therefore knew much more than his peers. At 13, he became a student of the St. Petersburg Naval Cadet Corps, after which he served as midshipman in the Navy. In 1826, Dahl entered the medical faculty of the University of Dorpat and earned his living by teaching Russian to foreigners. Two years later, studies had to be interrupted due to the Russian-Turkish war. Vladimir Dal passes exams ahead of schedule for doctors of medicine and doctors of surgery and goes to the front. As a writer, Vladimir Dal is known under the pseudonym Cossack Lugansky
The work of Dahl's whole life is his Explanatory Dictionary, familiar to every linguist. It took 53 years to compile. For the first edition of the Dictionary, its creator is awarded the Constantine Medal of the Imperial Geographical Society.
Sergey Alexandrovich Yesenin
Sergei Alexandrovich Yesenin was born on September 21, 1895 in the village of Konstantinovo, Ryazan province. He is known as the great Russian poet, whom many scholars classify as representatives of new peasant poetry, as well as followers of imagism.
From 1904 to 1909, Yesenin studied at the Konstantinovsky Zemsky School, and then until 1912 at the closed church-teacher school in Spas-Klepiky. Then he moved to Moscow, got a job first in a butcher's shop, and then in a printing house. A year later, he became a volunteer of the historical and philosophical department of Moscow City People's University.
For the first time, Sergei Yesenin’s poems were published in the Mirok magazine in 1914. In 1915, Yesenin moved to Petrograd, showing his work to Blok, Gorodetsky and some other poets. In January 1916 he was called up for military service, but the protection of famous friends allows him to serve as a nurse in Tsarskoye Selo sanitary train No. 143, which was supervised by the emperor’s wife herself. During this period, Yesenin became close to the new peasant poets and published his first collection, Radunitsa.

In 1917, the poet married Zinaida Reich, but after 3 years he left the family, and in 1921 he officially divorced. His ex-wife remains with her daughter Tatyana and son Konstantin, the children were subsequently adopted by Meyerhold.
In 1918-1920, Esenin became an active participant in the Moscow circle of imagists and, under the influence of their ideas, published the collections Trekryadnitsa, Confession of a Bully, Poems of a brawler, Moscow Kabatskaya and the poem Pugachev.
In the fall of 1921, Yesenin meets the lucrative Isadora Duncan, whom she marries after a few months. The newlyweds travel to Europe, but upon returning to Russia, the marriage with Duncan breaks up. In the 1920s, Yesenin wrote a lot, published and sold books, and traveled. In 1925, friends agreed to place him in a neuropsychiatric clinic at Moscow University, as they fear for the health and life of the poet. Whether the man was really sick or his celebrity was to blame remained unknown. On December 23 of the same year, Yesenin left the clinic, went to Leningrad, where he rented a room at the Angleterre Hotel. On December 28 he is found hanged there.

Andrey Alexandrovich Mironov
Andrei Alexandrovich Mironov is a famous Soviet actor, singer, TV presenter, director and screenwriter. On March 7, 1941, the son of Andryush was born in the family of famous artists Alexander Menaker and Maria Mironova, however, the date of March 8 is indicated in his birth certificate. In 1948, Andrei Menaker entered the first grade of Moscow men's school No. 170. In 1950, parents decide to change their child's surname to their mother. In 1952, the boy was already trying to act in films. His role in Sadko was not successful, and director Alexander Ptushko rejected the future great artist. Andrei plays in the school theater, and then in the studio at the Central Children's Theater. In 1958, Mironov entered the theater school. Schukin, and two years later he got a role in the film "And if it's love?". In June 1962, Andrei Mironov began serving at the Moscow Satire Theater, to which he remained faithful for a quarter of a century. The actor receives many offers to act in films, some of which he accepts. The screens go "Three plus two", "My little brother", "Watch out for the car" and many others. Andrei Mironov is torn between filming a movie and working in the theater, tours a lot, participates in national and solo creative evenings and meetings with spectators.

On June 15, 1987, the actor last appeared on the stage of the Satire Theater, on August 13 he gave a recital in Riga, and on August 14 he entered the stage of the Riga theater in the play “Crazy Day, or The Marriage of Figaro”. Without finishing the last scene, Andrei Mironov loses consciousness and after two days dies from an extensive hemorrhage in the brain. On August 20, 1987, the famous actor was buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery. The grave of Andrei Mironov has been one of the most frequently visited for many years.
