Christian Coulson is a British film and theater actor, director and photographer. The future actor was born in the fall of 1978 in England, where his creative biography began. Already in his youth, he became interested in stage skills and became an actor in the youth musical theater in London. Studying at school was easy for the boy, he was always in good standing with teachers and repeatedly received a scholarship as the best student of the school.
Christian continued his further studies in college at the University of Cambridge at the Department of English, where he graduated. In his student years, in addition to his passion for theater, the young man began to write his own works and poems. Soon he created a script for the musical, which he and his friends put on the stage of the student theater in 1998.
Christine was in love with the theater and participated in almost all the performances, which were staged by college students. He played roles in the plays: "Career Arturo Wu", "Maids", in the musical "Cabaret" and in many others.
After receiving a diploma, Coulson decided to continue his creative career, he began to look for opportunities to demonstrate acting talent in cinema.
Film career
Coulson was able to declare himself in 2001, when he got on television on the set of the series “Love in a Cold Climate”. Then he received a proposal to continue acting on television, because his next work was the role in the fantasy series "The Worst Witch in College of Wizards."
The film told about the life of a girl who entered a magical college, and about her adventures. Coulson got the role of Ben Stenson - a man who does not possess magic, but together with the main character, who became his girlfriend in the picture, who constantly finds himself in a situation where magic cannot be avoided. The series had a fairly high rating, and Christian managed to demonstrate his acting talent and get his first portion of fame.
Later, Coulson worked in the next series - “The Forsyte Saga”, and then was invited to the role of the young Tom Riddle, who in the future became the famous magician Voldemort, in the picture “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets”. After watching the candidates for this role, Coulson was approved by Joan Rowling herself, declaring that the image of the young Reddle was exactly that.
Coleson mostly got episodic roles, but he was remembered by the audience for the films: “Clock”, “Captain Hornblower: Fidelity”, “The Last King”, “Your Brita”, “Short Encounters”, “Gossip Girl”.
Christian played the central roles in the comedy films "Gabi" and "Ali in Wonderland", and he got the most important role in the film "Lovers".
