Professional activity
After school, Vladimir decided to get a specialized education at the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute. In his student years he was actively engaged in public work. Kozhin was elected secretary of the Komsomol committee at the faculty. In 1982, after defending the diploma, a young specialist was sent to work in the Petrograd district committee of the Komsomol. Five years later, engineer Kozhin moved to the Azimut Research and Production Association, where he was engaged in the production of electronic devices for the needs of medicine, geology and other industries. In the early 90s, Vladimir Igorevich created a joint Russian-Polish enterprise on the basis of this enterprise.
In subsequent years, the career of an entrepreneur was developing successfully for Kozhin. He served as the head of the regional center for currency and export control. In 1999, he was transferred to Moscow. A year later, the country's president appointed Vladimir Igorevich as business manager. In this position, he worked for almost 14 years. The range of issues that a person has to deal with in this position is very wide. Kozhin knew well how each region of the Russian Federation lives. And regularly reported this to the president.
