Religion among the Japanese is a kind of foundation for building a strong and unique power in its own way.
Shintoism
Shinto is the leading religion of the Japanese. It is based on the existence of souls, spirits and deities, which are objects of worship. The main provisions of this religion:
- All inanimate objects and living things have kami energy. This is a kind of spirit that carries divine capabilities and power. Kami can also be natural phenomena and natural objects. Moreover, they are not always friendly, and there are also hostile kami. Peculiar rituals that can even draw them to the side of a certain person or group of people help pacify their temper.
- The natural environment unites the kami, living and dead people. In the space of nature, they represent unity. Kami in this unity are immortal and move in an endless series of updates until the so-called doomsday. After this event, a person chooses a place to stay during his life by his thoughts and actions.
- Good and evil are not two opposing egregors, but only relative concepts. If a person is open to people, sympathizes with them, helps and lives in harmony with them, and with himself, he moves in the right way. All that people used to call evil is selfishness and rudeness, social harm and rejection of their own kind. One must strive for good, and avoid evil, that’s the whole point.
- Initially, the human soul is pure and does not conceal something bad and evil. If people become harmful, commit ugly, vile, unworthy acts regarding morality, then they are a kind of victims of circumstances. In Shintoism, evil deeds and thoughts are almost a synonym for disease. There are no bad people, but there are those who are tempted, live wrongly and bring upon themselves the energy of evil spirits.
