District Northern Butovo is located south of the MKAD, in the South-Western district of the capital. It was here that in the late 80s of the XX century, an experiment on the original planning, development and improvement began. This is one of the most ecologically clean areas of Moscow - there are no large enterprises, there is a forest (Bitsevsky Park) and a river nearby. At the same time, the infrastructure is well developed, there are several large shopping centers, 21 kindergartens, 12 secondary schools, public organizations and many leisure and sports institutions, as well as a functioning Orthodox church (the temple of the Great Martyr Paraskeva Pyatnitsa).
Improvement of the area is given great attention from the city authorities. Every year parks, courtyards, squares are held in order. Flower beds are broken, small fountains are arranged, pedestrian paths are laid out with tiles, new children's and sports grounds appear, equipped with table tennis tables and exercise machines.
The Zelenogradsky district of Savelki was recognized as the second place to be improved in the capital. There is also a favorable environmental situation, many sports fields, parks, a large city pond. Undoubtedly, the main decoration of Savelok can be called the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, one of the oldest buildings in the city.
Third place among the most comfortable areas of Moscow took Sokolinaya Gora. This is one of the oldest industrial centers of the capital, more than 90 enterprises of mechanical engineering and metal processing are located here. Over 84 thousand people live here, there are many sports organizations, theaters, leisure centers. The commission took into account the condition of courtyards, sidewalks, public transport stops, house facades, playgrounds and sports grounds and much more.
