Information about the letter, postal order, parcel that came to your name is indicated in special notifications, through which the addressee is notified of the delivery received for him. In order to receive correspondence or a parcel, you need to come to your post office with the correctly filled out notification form. If you act as a sender, then you also have a way to mail.

If you are the recipient of the parcel, then the postman will first hand you a notice of mailing (form 22). Upon receipt of a notice of departure, it must be filled out accordingly. On the front side you do not need to write anything. All this work was done by the sender. You only need to check the details of the correspondence recipient, that is, your data: last name, address together with the index, type of parcel (letter, notice, parcel, parcel or mail order). The following is information for postal workers: postal ID or postal transfer number. And a little lower - again information for you, from which it is clear where the shipment came from, its value and weight are indicated.

But the flip side of the notification is intended to be filled directly by the recipient. Here you need to indicate the name of the presented document proving your identity. Usually for these purposes a passport is provided. Then, in the appropriate columns, indicate its series, number, institution issuing the document, and date of issue. In case of receipt of mailings and money transfers, additional fields of the notification form are filled in - registration, address or PO box. Do not forget to indicate the date of receipt of correspondence or parcels and your data: last name, first name, middle name. Complete the form with your own painting.

If the letter or parcel is accompanied by a notice of delivery of the postal item, then in addition to the notification you will have to fill out another form. He is needed in the case when the sender wants to be sure that his parcel has reached the addressee. The notification to the recipient (addressee in person or his legal representative) must indicate to whom the shipment was handed. If it was received by proxy, then the last name, first name and patronymic of the representative to whom the power of attorney was issued should be entered in a special field and an identification document should be presented. Then indicate the date and sign the receipt.

If you are the sender, then on the front side of the notification indicate the category and type of mailing by putting a sign in the corresponding box. Next, state your data: last name, first name, middle name, indicate the address and category of notification: "Simple", "Custom". On the reverse side, fill in the columns where the type and category of the forwarded mail should be determined; recipient's personal data and his address.
