Namaz for Muslims is not just a daily prayer, it is a whole rite performed in the name of glorification of Allah. If you want to get closer to the worldview of Muslims, then it is worth starting with understanding the essence of this rite, or maybe even learn it.
Instruction manual
1
To perform the namaz correctly, observe the following sequence of actions: cleansing the body, clothes and the place of prayer, covering the aurat - parts of the body that outsiders should not see, determining the direction in which the namaz is taken (Kaaba - a sacred building in Mecca, which is the Qibla for Muslims), determination of the time of the completion of the ceremony (prayer, performed in inopportune time, remains as a duty - kada).
What is important is not so much a ritual as the presence of intention, a person should want to make a prayer in his heart and say his intention out loud.
2
Namaz consists of certain cycles - rak'ats, which include the obligatory hands (actions during prayer).
Stand facing Mecca (can be determined by the compass), legs slightly apart. Looking at the place of the earthly bow - Sujud, indicate your intention to pray and say the words that glorify Allah. At the same time, raise both hands with open palms and closed fingers to the level of the ears (men), with open palms and closed fingers to the level of the chest (women).
3
Place your right hand on top of your left and place your hands just below the navel (men), at chest level (women). Read standing, without lowering your hands, laid prayers, suras.
4
Make a hand - a half bow with the words "Allahu Akbar." Men lean forward with a straight back at a 90º angle and lay their hands with their fingers apart on their knees. Women lean forward with bent knees and back, put their hands on their knees with their fingers closed. Read, without straightening, the proper prayer. Straighten up with the words "Allahu Akbar."
5
Then make an earthly bow - Sajjda. Say the words "Allahu Akbar", touch the floor with your knees, then with your hands, forehead and nose. The head should be between the hands, the eyes are open, the legs do not lift off the ground. Read the proper prayer. Say “Allahu Akbar” again and take your forehead off the ground. Sit on your left heel, (the right leg remains bent (women fold their legs under themselves and sit on the ground), fold your hands on your knees, say the words “Subhan Allah.” Then with the words “Allah Akbar” perform another sajjah - an bow to the earth.
6
With the words "Allahu Akbar, " stand up, tearing your head, hands, hands off the ground, on your hips and raise your knees from the ground. The first raccoon is over.
7
Repeat the rak'aht the prescribed number of times. End the last rak'ah with a seat and make “Salam”: turn your head to the right, eyes should look at your shoulders, say “As-salama 'alyaykum wa Rahmatul-lah”, do the same to the left. Namaz is finished.
