In the rhythm of modern life, we do not always have time to answer phone calls. Even mobile phones, which, it would seem, are always at hand, do not save. As soon as we have time for a telephone conversation, we call back, not always knowing at the same time how much it will cost to call an unfamiliar number with a strange combination of numbers.

You will need
international directory of mobile and city vehicles
Instruction manual
1
Find the international telephone directory of landline and mobile operators. It can be bought at a bookstore, or downloaded, or viewed online.
2
Look carefully at the number of the incoming call left in the memory of your phone and compare it with the data gathered from the directory. First of all, pay attention to the first 4 digits on the left. Codes of some countries consist of two, three or four digits. Only in this way can you determine the call from which country you missed.
3
If the call was made from a mobile phone, actions to find the code corresponding to the country should be similar to the above. If such information is not presented in the directory, wait for a repeated call or call back yourself. So you can determine from which country the call was made, only if you understand the foreign language of the interlocutor.
4
You can find out which country you called from by contacting your network operator. If the call came to a landline phone, dial the reference number of your city (find in the city book directory) or go to the company serving the city telephone networks. If a missed call is displayed on your mobile phone, call your mobile operator (0890 for MTS subscribers, 0611 for Beeline subscribers, 0500 for Megafon subscribers) and ask the appropriate question (specify the time and date of the incoming call).
