Making prayers is the duty of a Muslim. Muslim theologians have developed a procedure for turning to God, which depends not only on the time of prayer, but also on the gender of the believer - women's prayer has its own specifics.

Instruction manual
1
Find out if you can pray. A woman’s condition during menstruation, postpartum hemorrhage or gynecological problems, accompanied by spotting, is considered unclean, so she needs to wait until these conditions end and pray later. Moreover, pregnancy is not an obstacle to prayer. In the later stages of pregnancy, if it is difficult for a woman to bend down, she can perform a prayer while sitting, and in the case of a serious condition, such as an illness, even lying down.
2
Prepare for the namaz correctly. To do this, take a small wash - wash your hands to the elbows, feet to the ankles, ears and face. A full, or great ablution, relies on if the Muslim woman had sexual intercourse before the prayer or she had recently ended bleeding. Also, women need to wipe the nail polish, as some Muslim scholars consider ablution to be invalid if there was paint on the nails. Clothing should be clean and consistent with the requirements of Islam - a woman should have her entire body covered, except for her face and hands. Clothing should not be tight or transparent, should not restrict movements or slide, as Muslim prayer implies bowing to the earth.
3
Choose a suitable place for prayer. A woman can pray in a mosque in a special women's room, but prayer is allowed for her at home. The main thing is that there is an opportunity to determine in which direction Qibla is located, since it is in this direction that it is necessary to bow. It should be borne in mind that although Muslims often make collective prayers on the streets during big holidays, this is most often the case with men - it is preferable for women to pray alone or in the company of believers of their gender.
4
Pray in accordance with the requirements of Islam. The procedure for prayer is almost identical for both women and men, with rare exceptions - for example, when a man is supposed to raise his hands to his head, women cross them on their chests. It is also believed that a woman should pray modestly - she is not supposed to speak too loudly.
Useful advice
If a Muslim woman still wants to decorate her nails without washing off the varnish 5 times a day for each prayer, she can use stickers that can be removed and, after washing her hands, stick them back after the prayer.
