File a lawsuit with the federal court at the location of the property. Pay the state fee. After considering your application, the date and time of the trial will be determined, and a judge will be appointed. At the trial, let your lawyer conduct the conversation. After the court announces a positive decision on your statement of claim and sets the resolution to "deregister", wait ten days. According to the legislation, the decision made by the court will come into force during this time. If the claim was denied to you, then within ten days you can file a cassation appeal.

Take the decision in ten days in the court registry. Take the decision to the passport and visa service in your area. Based on it, in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of the Russian Federation No. 5242-1, the specified person will be immediately and without delay removed from the registration account.
