Divorce Terms
Divorce can only take place between people who are legally married, registered in accordance with all the rules of Islam. The initiator of the action is most often a man. However, women are not disenfranchised at this moment and can also declare a breakup.
The application is taken into consideration in the case of an adequate state of the petitioner. A mentally ill or drunk person cannot count on the satisfaction of the petition. People can be separated in the following cases:
- the death of one of them, - apostasy, - acquisition of ownership of one over the other, - treason.
