Inauguration is the inauguration of the President of Russia. The main attributes of this ceremony are the oath, anthem, keynote speech and the raising of the national flag over the Kremlin. According to the law, the inauguration procedure is carried out after six years from the moment the previous President took office. If repeat elections were held, the ceremony will begin on the 30th day after the announcement of the official voting results. By the way, there is no such law in which the inauguration would be clearly outlined.
Instruction manual
1
The traditional ceremony begins at noon, and its duration is at least an hour. A few minutes before the appointed time, the motorcade of the future President enters the Grand Kremlin Palace through the main Spassky Gate. With the first blow of the chimes, the future head of state will go to St. Andrew’s Hall through St. George and Alexander, and then rise to the podium.
2
Previously, the standard and the State flag are introduced into the St. Andrew's Hall. There is a special protocol by which their exact location on the stage is determined (accurate to the centimeter). In addition, the President of the Constitutional Court places the Oath, the Presidential Badge and the Constitution on the rostrum. The chairpersons of both houses of parliament will also follow the chair.
3
At this time, guests of honor will already be in the St. Andrew's Hall. In total, about two thousand people receive invitations to the Kremlin for the inauguration ceremony. They will take places in the Alexander and St. George Halls. However, only the viewers who can broadcast from all the halls and from different viewing angles can perhaps see the event “in all its glory”.
4
The future head of state should pronounce the text of the presidential oath, putting his right hand on the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Immediately after this, the President of the Constitutional Court will announce that the new President has taken office and will hand him the symbols of power. The national anthem will sound in the hall, and the standard of the head of state will be raised above the Kremlin.
5
As already noted, the President receives symbols of power, there are only three of them: the Sign, the standard and the Constitution (the standard is usually located in the office, but it follows the head of state when traveling). The sign is a golden cross with the coat of arms of Russia. The item is coated with ruby enamel and attached to a gold chain. The motto “Benefit, honor and glory” is carved on the back of the cross.

There is also an “inaugural” copy of the Basic Law, but only in a single copy. It was made in 1996 by decree of the first President of Russia (before the entry of B. Yeltsin for a second term). The edition of this instance is bound in dark red leather and decorated with gold stamping. Now it is stored in the Kremlin, in the library of the President of the Russian Federation.
