The Muslim faith is considered among its adherents to be true, because the messages of the Lord transmitted through the prophets of Moses, Abraham, Jesus, were distorted over time. And the last prophet was Mohammed, who conveyed to humanity the words of God without change. To become a Muslim means to be a believer.

Instruction manual
1
Sincerely believe in Islam. It is important that you want to be a Muslim in your mind, in your heart. You must accept Islam as the true faith, and Allah as the One God.
2
Read the words of Shahada. To accept Islam, you do not have to go to the mosque. To do this, just say the Shahada. Shahada is a testimony of faith in Allah and His prophet, the most important of the 5 pillars, indicating faith in God.
Once you decide to be a Muslim, do not put off this. Read the shahadat right away: "Ashkhadu alla ilyaha illya-Llah wa ashkhadu anna Muhammad rarasulullah." Translated from Arabic, Shahad means "I testify that there is no God worthy of worship except Allah alone and that Muhammad is His messenger."
It is better to read the Shahada in the presence of at least two male Muslim witnesses, so that, in which case, they could confirm your acceptance of Islam. If this is not possible, then you can pronounce the Shahada in private, and later with witnesses.
3
Serve God. The word "Muslim" means "one who obeys", i.e. one who follows the instructions of Allah. Islam is not only a spiritual connection to religion, it is a way of life of a person as a whole. The Holy Book - the Quran - is a guide on how to be a Muslim in all spheres of human activity. Study the Qur'an, pray 5 times a day, visit a mosque on Fridays, communicate with believers and learn the intricacies of religion in order to maintain faith. You can find a spiritual teacher who will instruct you, teach prayers and read the Qur'an. For starters, you can follow the instructions that you know. Failure to comply with other regulations due to ignorance is forgiven, but they must be studied.
4
Learn to live among unbelievers Having accepted Islam, do not adapt to the modern world. Muslim faith can be negatively perceived by unbelievers, but do not succumb to public prejudice. Teach your loved ones and spend more time with believers.
Useful advice
