Take the sink in your left hand and with a fork, separate the clam, sprinkle with lemon juice and suck. Warm snacks (such as stuffed eggs) are eaten without a knife, pricked with a fork and sent to the mouth.

Together with spiny lobsters, crayfish, crab and shrimp, special cutlery is served - a sharp knife with a hole (with its help claws are broken) and a two-tooth fork. Open the crab shell with a knife and remove the meat with a fork. A cup of acidified water for rinsing hands is also served on the table; it is placed to the left of the main plate.

Large, hot and multi-layered sandwiches are eaten with a fork and knife. Holding the fork in your left hand and the knife in your right, separate the skin, and then the meat from the bones.
