Getting to the Victory Parade is not as easy as it seems at first glance. If you are late for at least an hour, you simply will not be able to break through the crowd of spectators and miss all the action.

Instruction manual
1
First of all, you need to decide what you want to attend the parade for: in order to be present at a military inspection or to see a display of military equipment.
2
If you want to get to the parade to watch the troops watch, you will need to know in advance the place where this part of the parade, which is the main one, will take place. Usually this is the central city square.
3
Try to visit one of the parade rehearsals - so you can choose a place from where the best view will be opened. Remember that if you stand next to the venue of the review of the troops, there will be a huge crowd of people with you there, so it’s better to choose a place located at some distance from the place of events.
4
On the day of the parade, you will have to get up early - at five or six in the morning, so that the place you have chosen in advance is not taken by someone else. Upon arrival, do not go anywhere even for a few minutes, because upon your return it may not be free.
5
If you want to see not the parade itself, but a review of military equipment, it is better to know in advance the route along which the convoy will move, and take a place somewhere along its route. When military equipment passes you, you can see everything in great detail, as well as take photographs as a keepsake.
6
About a month before the date of the Victory Day parade, you will need to call the city administration and find out if access control for spectators will be introduced. If the answer is yes, immediately ask what you need to do to get such a pass and get to the parade. Remember that the issuance of passes ends one to two weeks before the parade, and therefore try to resolve the issue with its receipt in advance.
Useful advice
Even if you have not learned how to get to the Victory Parade, you can see it on TV in a live broadcast, which will go through all federal channels.
