The permit gives the right to a stateless person of the Russian Federation to reside in the country until obtaining a residence permit. It is issued for 3 years. To receive it, you must be a citizen of another country from the age of 18 years. Extradition may be refused if the permissible quota of visitors, which is established annually by the government of the Russian Federation, is already exceeded. Documents to be submitted to the federal executive body (UFMS): - application for a temporary residence permit; - passport and its certified copy; - 4 color photographs; - birth certificate; - copy of the migration card; - notification of arrival; - the results of examinations from the narcological, anti-tuberculosis and skin-venereologic dispensaries; - education certificates; - pension certificate; - marriage certificate;

Then you need to pay the state fee and provide the necessary receipt. After submitting the documents, an answer must be expected within 6 months. The applicant will be notified even in case of refusal.

Also, every year a person who has received permission is required to provide the FMS with a notification of confirmation of residence in the Russian Federation and any document that confirms the applicant's income from the moment he received the right to temporary residence. It is also necessary to register with the tax authority.

The applicant must not leave the territory of the Russian Federation for more than 6 months, leave for permanent residence in a foreign state. The permit is canceled if the foreign citizen does not have his own housing after 3 years, has been brought to administrative responsibility more than two times, convicted of a crime or supports terrorist organizations.
