Instruction manual
1
First, the founders must hold a meeting at which a decision will be made on the creation of the union, its charter is established, a list of members is drawn up, leadership is elected, and a memorandum of association is concluded. Signing a declaration in which all the tasks and goals of the association will be indicated will not be out of place.
2
Keep in mind that in order to register an association, it is necessary to collect some documents and submit them to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. These include: a statement, information about the founders, the charter of the association (required in duplicate), a list of members of the union’s leadership, minutes of the meeting, a certificate of legal address and a receipt on payment of the registration fee.
3
In addition, registration of a legal entity is required. As soon as the certificate of registration of the created union is received, you will have to perform some more actions: register with the tax authorities (obtain a TIN), obtain an extract from the state register of legal entities, make a stamp, obtain documents from the social and medical insurance fund, as well as from pension fund. Do not forget to open a bank account of the association, and then report it to the federal tax service.
4
Register your own logo (sign). The implementation of this paragraph, although not mandatory, but it may be useful.
5
A lot depends on what kind of union management structure you choose. It can be of three types. The first is created under the direction of volunteers. Such a model will facilitate the active participation of all members in the activities of the association. However, it was not without drawbacks: a similar structure will facilitate a frequent policy change, and the decision-making process will be quite long due to the lack of organizational control.
6
Special staff can also be hired to manage the union. This is the second scheme. Its undoubted advantages are quick decision-making, good coordination of work. The disadvantage is that the members of the association themselves may well lose all interest in its activities. They will then be difficult to engage in active work. It will be no less difficult to organize cooperation between employees and employees of the union.
7
And although an ideal management model does not exist, the most convenient and suitable is balanced. It was she who collected all the advantages from the above two structures and got rid of possible disadvantages. Under a balanced leadership model, the responsibilities of employees will be clearly delineated, and a single leader will be chosen for effective functioning.
