Those who have recently arrived in the capital and so far have poor orientation in the streets and administrative districts of Moscow may experience big problems in determining the area they need.
Instruction manual
1
The first way to determine the area of Moscow is to use the Internet. The network has many sites where there is detailed information on the principles of territorial division of Moscow. There you can find a list of administrative districts of the capital. Each district includes several districts. Moscow is divided into ten administrative districts: Central, Zelenogradsky, Western, North-Western, South-Western, Southern, South-Eastern, Eastern, North-Eastern, Northern. You can go to the website of each district on the Internet and find the most complete information about the area you are interested in.
2
If you do not know the name of the district, you only know what the street is called for; find the street directory and a map of Moscow on the network. They will help you navigate and find out the name of the desired area. A similar service today is provided by Google Maps. The interface is quite simple: enter the street name and house number in the search bar, if you know it, and the site itself will give you information about the area with an exact location on the city map.
3
The phone number can also determine the area of Moscow. Here you can use Internet resources or a regular telephone directory. Try using the site http://nomer.org, it contains 11 million phone numbers in Moscow.
4
After you enter the phone number, you will get access to the address indicating the area, as well as to the list of people living at this address.
5
You can also call the information desk, explain the situation to them and ask for help.
