First of all, evaluate the room where the exhibition takes place. Is there enough space in it, is it easy for guests to navigate in different rooms. Think about how logical the choice of exhibition space is and is consistent with the style and focus of the artists. Which of the design decisions you remember, and what seemed uninteresting or, conversely, redundant. It is worth paying attention to the presence of armchairs or small sofas, from where visitors can safely view the exhibits.

Evaluate how work information was presented. How booklets are designed, is it possible to find information about the artist or sculptor and the direction to which he belongs. Pay attention to information carriers: whether all of it was presented in paper brochures or part of it can be found on electronic stands.

Define the principle by which exhibits were selected. How logical and consistent it is, whether creative projects of famous masters are included in the exposition. Think about whether the organizers of the exhibition managed to discover new names and draw enough attention to them.

Consider the little things. As the seamstress’s mastery is checked by examining the inside of the seam, so the quality of the organization of the exhibition is manifested primarily in the details. Please note what kind of refreshments was offered to guests, was there enough for all drinks and light snacks. Appreciate the quality of the products themselves. When organizing an exhibition, lighting plays an important role. Think about whether the hall was too dark or, conversely, the light was too bright? Inspect the toilets and bathrooms.

Take into account reviews from other visitors. If a wardrobe is provided in the exhibition complex, listen to the conversations of people standing in line for their coats. Many will want to share their impressions and, perhaps, you will hear something that you yourself did not notice. In any case, you can compare the reaction of others with your opinion.
