Your loved one went to work and disappeared? Or just left the house and never returned? We are talking about an adult or a child, a healthy person or not, whether you quarreled with him or not - it does not matter. As soon as possible, file a search application with the police. Remember, the faster you do this, the more chances there are for a successful outcome.
You will need
- - Own documents;
- - photos of the missing person, a list of special signs, etc.
Instruction manual
1
Contact the department of internal affairs at your place of residence, or at the alleged place of disappearance of the person. ATS officers are required to accept your application, regardless of their territorial affiliation and the time elapsed since the person disappeared. If you encounter stubborn opposition from ATS officers, contact the higher authorities.
2
Take your own documents with you. If possible, provide photos of the missing person. Best of all, if these are photographs taken in the outer clothing in which a person disappeared. If there are none, just provide as new photos as possible.
3
Describe the special signs of a person: scars, moles, especially gait, speech. Check to see if he has taken identity documents with him. Remember what the missing person was dressed in, whether there are any distinctive features of his wardrobe items, personal items, accessories: marks, engraving, etc.
4
Provide as detailed information as possible about the circle of acquaintances of the missing person, about the sphere of his interests, about the usual routes of movement. If you know anything about conflicts with anyone, about the existence of debt obligations, property disputes, etc., be sure to report it.
5
Provide information about the dental clinic where the missing person was observed. If a person has undergone voluntary fingerprinting and a fingerprint card is in your home, bring it - this will be necessary to identify the body if something irreparable happened.
6
Receive an application acceptance coupon. After a day or two, find out from the police officers involved in the search for your case what primary results they obtained. At a minimum, information from audits on the records of ATS and medical facilities should be available.
7
Please note that if you have good reason to believe that the person didn’t just disappear, but became a victim of a crime, you can demand a criminal case from the prosecutor’s office regarding unlawful actions by unknown persons.
note
If, as a result of the searches, it turns out that your loved one simply does not want to communicate with you for some reason, they will not tell you the exact location. But, at a minimum, you will make sure that he is alive and well.
