Instruction manual
1
Prepare a complaint text. It is better to do this first in a draft so that the head of state does not get an illiterate and chaotic story on the table. In the letter, briefly describe the background to the current situation. List the reasons that make you contact the president directly. Omit the irrelevant details and overly emotional expressions. Write correctly and to the point. Be sure to clearly state the request.
2
Your complaint will not be considered if: - the text contains obscene and abusive language; - the letter is illegible or printed in Russian, but in Latin letters; - the sender's address is incorrect; - the address is not addressed to the President of the Russian Federation; - the document does not specific facts and statements.
3
Attach copies of documents confirming your innocence and cases of violations by officials or other officials to the letter. At the end of the text, do not forget to indicate your full passport details, address of residence, contact phone number, date and signature.
4
Select a method for sending complaints. There are two options: a traditional letter or an electronic complaint. They are legal and absolutely equivalent. Any correspondence received in the name of the President of the Russian Federation is mandatory examined by employees of the Office for Work with Citizens and Organizations. Terms of consideration of a letter are determined by law and do not depend on the form of presentation of information. However, keep in mind that an electronic document will be sent to the presidential administration faster, therefore, a decision on your complaint will be made earlier.
5
When sending a letter by traditional mail, sign the envelope correctly. In the column "To" indicate the following address: st. Ilyinka, 23, Moscow, Russia, 103132. In the column "From", enter your mailing address with an index. Your address data must match the ones you gave in the letter.
6
You can also send a written appeal through the president’s regional office. Find out her address and phone number in the administration of the region, find it on the Internet or in the local telephone directory.
7
An electronic complaint can be left on the official website of the Kremlin: http://letters.kremlin.ru/. Here you must fill out the proposed form, which requires the following information about the sender: - last name, first name, middle name; - email address; - phone number; - social status.
8
Having made all the necessary information about yourself, you will get the opportunity to send a complaint. Its volume is limited - 2000 characters, but is sufficient for a detailed story about the problem. You can attach scanned versions of the necessary documents to the email, as well as audio and video files.
9
On the site you will be given the opportunity to receive information about the progress and results of the complaint, as well as the choice of the way to receive the final answer: in writing or by e-mail.
