Any citizen of the Russian Federation has the right to appeal to the President of Russia. It is drawn up in the form of a complaint with a request for the protection and restoration of their own rights, interests and freedoms as well as the rights, interests and freedoms of others. The procedure for filing an appeal is regulated in Presidential Decree No. 201 of 02/17/2010 "On working with appeals of citizens of the Russian Federation and organizations operating on its territory"

Having found out the address of the regional reception, make up the text of the complaint. There are no strict forms of its compilation. Just keep the following in mind: - The complaint is addressed to President Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev. - The letter must contain the full passport details of the person on whose behalf the complaint is sent, as well as the return address to which he wants to receive an answer. - Describe the specific proposal or complaint, which concerns you or the person whose interests you represent. - Only copies of documents confirming the violation of your interests, rights or freedoms should be attached to the appeal. Never send originals. But you will need to have them in your hands to provide evidence of your words.
