Do not rush to take up the pen at the peak of your emotions - indignation, indignation or anger. Let yourself cool. However, it is permissible to put the name and data of the sender at the end of the letter.

After the header, place the body of the letter. Consider the peculiarities of the visual perception by a person (including the minister) of printed or handwritten text: first of all, the top one is recorded, i.e. initial part of the message. That is why, at the very beginning, literally in the first lines, try to state the essence of your appeal to the minister.

Throughout your presentation, follow the 5 requirements for the text of the official letter. We are talking about impeccable literacy, conciseness (brevity), completeness (completeness), correctness (even if you do not feel sympathy for this minister and you want to express yourself in strong terms). If you adhere to these requirements, your letter will be taken seriously. Moreover, a positive attitude towards the sender, i.e. to you, and the faster you get an exhaustive and correct answer.

The letter should be completed with the words "Sincerely, Nikolaeva Maria Ivanovna" or "Sincerely, the staff of the central city hospital in Togliatti." Next is the date and signature (if this is a collective letter, a signature is not needed, because a sheet with surnames and signatures will be attached to the letter).
Useful advice
If you write an official letter using the Word program on a computer and plan to send it to the Ministry by e-mail, then you may not strictly observe some of the canons presented to a handwritten letter. This is the unwritten rule today.
The whole procedure will be even more simplified if you send an email directly from the official website of the Minister. You can simply use the ready-made template, which should be completed according to the instructions posted, as a rule, in the same place. If your letter is collective, then together with the letter send a scan of the signature sheet.
