Housing and maintenance office (ZhEK, ZhEU, REP, REU) - an organization conducting the operation of your home and performing all the necessary calculations for this. It happens both public and private, with a limited form of ownership (CC). If you have broken a tap, there is no water - you need to call this organization.

Instruction manual
1
Get help. Information about useful phones should hang in every house, entrance. Also, the data with the address (or phone) of the management company is indicated in the receipts for payment, usually it is a "telephone for information." If your home is managed by a management company, most likely its contacts are on the Internet. But sometimes it is difficult to find a housing office, as if it were a treasure trove. On receipts, only the ZhEK number is often indicated, you will have to search for the address and phone yourself. Ask your neighbors, ask a cleaning lady or janitor nearby or your home. Perhaps the pensioner from the neighboring apartment knows the address. Sometimes this is not enough.
2
Call the front desk of your area or municipality. Ask the Deputy Head of Housing Management. Try to check the phones with his secretary. If this does not work, contact REMP (most likely, they will redirect you there). In REMP at the address they will find the company that deals with your home. What to do if you were not helped in these instances?
3
Go to the settlement and information center (or ERC in some areas) - there the phone must be accurate. Pay attention to your media problem. There is nothing worse than censure. If your problem is written in the newspapers or told on TV, the response of the housing department is most likely guaranteed. Also, the easiest way to find your communal management is to go to the official portal of the city, call the free local information or contact the unified duty dispatch system of the housing and communal services of your city. If you don’t know the phone number of your city’s free help, as an option you can watch a weekly social newspaper - the phone number is indicated exactly there.
note
Be prepared for the fact that you will be "kicked off" through various bureaucratic delays.
Useful advice
Try to ask the address of the grandmothers living in the entrance or the neighboring house.
