Use the services of the Rostelecom city information service by dialing 118 or 09 (the information service number depends on your region of residence, you can specify it on the Internet on the Rotselecom telecommunications company portal). The service is open around the clock and daily. Call her services from any landline phone and explain the situation, you will be transferred to the unit responsible for such requests
2
If your PBX does not provide the ability to dial a three-digit number or you want to use a mobile phone, check the "long dial number" on the portal of the same company. A call on a landline phone to the information service 09 or 118 is free, on a mobile phone - it is paid according to the tariff of your mobile operator.
3
Tell the operator the address of the residence of the person whose telephone number you are trying to find out, full name, surname and middle name. If the subscriber gave his written consent to the disclosure of this information, the operator will give you a telephone number. If not, the operator will offer to switch you to a paid help desk. Paid service only services calls from landlines.
4
The paid branch operator will find out your name and surname, call the number assigned to this address and specify whether it is possible to transfer subscriber data. If agreed, you will receive a phone number. An invoice for a paid help desk will be included in the telephone bill. This service is provided only during business hours.
5
If you do not know the complete data or are not sure of their accuracy, you should directly contact a paid help desk. Dial 009 or 138 on a landline phone (depending on the region of residence), if your PBX supports three-digit numbers, or specify the "long dial number" on the Internet.
note
Do not use unverified databases on the Internet, they may contain viruses on their pages. Using such sites to obtain confidential information is illegal.
Useful advice
For one call you can be consulted only on two reference units. Remember that all conversations with the operator are recorded, so your data remains in the database of the help desk.
