The situation is not pleasant: a close person, whether a relative, friend or just an acquaintance, disappeared or ended up in a hospital, but for some reason you do not know which one. Calling hospitals is a long and thankless task, especially when it comes to such a huge city like Moscow. There is an exit.

Instruction manual
1
Focus and remember all the information that you know about the person and what happened to him. It’s good if you know the date and time when the person was taken to the hospital, but most often this information is not enough. In any case, in order to find a person in Moscow hospitals, you need to know his name and surname and at least the approximate date of hospitalization (today, yesterday, last week, etc.). It is also important to be aware of whether the wanted person went to the hospital or was taken by ambulance.
2
Take the phone and call one of the following phones: +7 (499) 445–57–66 (if hospitalization took place during the day) or +7 (499) 445–01–02, 445–02–13 (for the past day). This is a reference ambulance service and here they provide information about hospitalization of patients, without asking who you are and who the wanted person is. If hospitalization has taken place earlier, here you will be prompted with the archive number, where patient information is stored longer.
3
Call the Bureau of registration of accidents in the city of Moscow: +7 (495) 688-22-52. Here you will be asked to answer who you have a person and leave a contact phone number. A person gets into the base of the accident registration office even if he is unconscious, according to the description of the clothes.
4
If a person went to the hospital on his own and you know which operation, this will greatly reduce the list of medical facilities where he may be. Find out where such operations are and call the registries of the respective hospitals.
5
When your searches are over, do not forget to find out the department and the number of the chamber in which your relative or acquaintance is located in the registry. Check your visit time and whether it’s possible at all. Find out what foods and things can be passed on to patients.
Useful advice
Do not forget that you always have on hand paper and a writing pen or a sharpened pencil. Then you do not have to call back to the same place several times.
