Controlling emotions is a difficult process, especially if you are a person with an explosive character and even little things drive you crazy. Usually they say that only from your own experience can you learn something, and there is some truth to this. However, if your unrestrained nature gives you a lot of inconvenience, then working on it yourself and analyzing reactions to certain moments of life will help you control your emotions.
First of all, remember how many problems your character brought to close people. Closer to parents there is no one in the world in a person - respect for them will help you begin to work on your emotions. We are sure that there are times when it seems to you that the mother or father annoys you with his care, and you usually express themselves sharply at them, citing the argument that you are an adult.
