In some cases, even a taxi driver who will deliver the victim to the emergency room may be a witness. The more witnesses saw the incident, the easier it is to prove in court the fact of beating and to establish the identity of the offender.

With the support of witnesses and medical certificates, the victim goes to the nearest police station. In case of refusal, you should contact the court. Of course, for every witness there can be a false witness, and the establishment of the truth is a rather nervous procedure. But law enforcement officers have the skills to identify inconsistencies in witness testimonies. In some cases, it is worth requesting characteristics for yourself about the place of work, study and the local. This avoids outright slander.

Difficulties arise if beatings are inflicted by a rowdy neighbor who keeps the entire staircase in fear. The neighbor himself, of course, is not recognized, and the neighbors are afraid to contact him. That is, the fact of beatings can be proved, but by whom they were inflicted, no.
