Biography and work of Inga Ilm
December 22, 1971 in a house on the banks of the Fontanka River in the city on the Neva was born the future actress, historian and TV presenter. Inga from early childhood dreamed of following in the footsteps of her father, a doctor. She studied insects, participated in many school olympiads, including the All-Union ones, went in for equestrian sports and attended a junior circle in the city Pioneer House.
After graduating from a general educational institution, Ilm studied at the Moscow Art Theater School and Lee Strasberg’s American School, returned to her homeland and was actively involved in theatrical activities, while filming in candid photo shoots, and broadcast on television. Subsequently, she received a second higher education at Moscow State University (Department of History, Department of History and Theory of Art).
Inga Ilm's cinematic debut took place in 1983, when she played in the comedy about the good hooligans "The Adventures of Petrov and Vasechkin, Ordinary and Unbelievable." Interestingly, due to the high intensity of the filming process, Inga could attend classes at school only once a week. A round student and a role model before filming quickly slipped into academic performance. However, the memories of that amazing time she remained exceptionally kind and warm.
The filmography of the actress was actively replenished until the mid-nineties. And the paintings with her participation: "Vacations of Petrov and Vasechkin, ordinary and incredible" (1984), "Running on the sunny side" (1992), "Luna Park" (1992), "Musketeers twenty years later" (1992), " You are "(1993), " Musical forecast "(1993), " Goryachev and others "(1994), - almost all residents of the post-Soviet space know.
After a ten-year hiatus, there was a film work in the not justified project "Tea, Coffee, Dance" (2003), after which she decided to leave the profession completely. Her phrase that “there is no longer a desire to follow the road along which thousands of feet have already passed” was the beginning of a new stage in life, where she is realized as an architectural historian.
