Valery Kharlamov was one of the famous three Soviet hockey players that the whole world knew at that time.
Fate
After visiting the cottage, Valery Borisovich with his wife Irina and nephew Sergei decided to go home. On the morning of the day of the tragedy, Kharlamov suddenly changed his driver's seat with his wife, who was worried that he did not get enough sleep. He wanted to catch a training session in Moscow, which is why Irina insisted on such castling, wanting her husband to rest even on the road. Due to wet asphalt and bad weather, Irina could not cope with a flying car. The car was thrown into the oncoming lane under the wheels of the truck. The driver of the car carrier tried to dodge the Kharlamov Volga, but no matter how hard he tried, the blow was a strong one. A collision, like an outbreak, led to the fact that after a minute Valery and his nephew Sergei were gone. As experts established, death was sudden and inevitable.
Drivers who arrived in time to help pulled Irina out of the car, for some time she moved her lips, but after a few minutes her heart stopped forever. An hour after the disaster, almost all of Moscow learned about the death of the famous hockey player, who was a multiple champion and honored master of sports, he was respected and loved by many people, even those who were far from sports.
