The parents of the poetess and artist had a tremendous influence on the choice of the future. Galina inherited a love of drawing from her father, and a passion for literature from her mother. The elders raised their daughter's love for creativity.
All facets of talent
The biography of Galina Andreevna began in the Kyrgyz village of Iski-Naukat in 1948. She was born on February 16. Parents moved to the town of Ust-Kut on the Siberian Lena River with a one and a half year old baby. Four years later, the family moved to Nizhny Tagil. Galya went there to school with a mathematical bias.
The girl grew up as a child of genius. Even such tasks turned out to be on her shoulder, from which hands fell in adults. The future poetess demonstrated a creative approach to the most ordinary things. In just three hours, an eighth grader managed to remake an old-fashioned old-fashioned sofa.
The girl sawed it, removing unnecessary details in her opinion, supplemented the furniture with necessary elements. Galya managed to change the upholstery when her parents arrived home. Adults could not believe that such a miracle was performed by their daughter without the help of professionals.
For two days, the schoolgirl created a winter coat for a classmate, who could not wear the old thing, because she was very long. The boy’s family was in great need, because help was greatly appreciated. Galina beautifully modeled, cut and sewed for herself, and then for her family into the most fashionable things. She created not only stylish trousers, dresses, but also fur coats and even shoes.
She did not stop surprising others with Smirnov’s creative abilities in the future. In her hands, an unremarkable frame for glasses was transformed into an ultra-stylish and very original. It took a few finger movements.
Future choice
The Russian language and literature was taught by a schoolgirl, a passionate lover of Russian poetry of the silver age, Raisa Dmitrievna Mader. She herself wrote exciting works about poetry, was a candidate of philological sciences. The students not only respected the teacher, they adored her. Many began to write poetry. Galina Smirnova was no exception.
Smirnova was also distinguished by her sports talents. Flexible Galya with her teeth got boxes of matches from the floor, standing on a stool in the "bridge" position. And she herself could do this rack without stopping 500 times.
A graduate graduated as a promising mathematician and physicist. Galina happily adjusted her personal life. In the family, she had two children. In 1976 they all moved to Ivano-Frankivsk. The wife was offered a job there after completing his studies. Smirnova entered the Institute of Oil and Gas.
She decided to receive further education as an engineer. Since 1977, the girl began to work in the design bureau of Tokmok. Then she taught at the technical school very complex sciences, including sopromat. Smirnov did not leave a passion for creativity.
Since 1978, Galina Andreevna began professionally engaged in portraits. A talented woman and poetic experiments did not leave. She became famous under the name Kim Smirgand. Her works were published in many publishers.
Unique works
A characteristic feature of the work of Smirnova became tautograms, acrostic, and even poetry-puzzles. When writing, the author often uses little-known concepts, turning his works into experimental ones. The poet not only masterfully owns the gift of speech, the concept and sense of language. They merged with excellent abilities for combinatorics, mathematical science.
The connoisseurs called the highest achievement a wreath of her tautogram sonnets, “A Little Knot for Memory”. This collection has been entered in the "Book of Records of the CIS." It turned out to be a unique canonical example of the chosen genre of tautogram sonnets. Each word of such a verse begins with one letter. You cannot use others. In addition, it is the longest wreath of tautogram sonnets. The first line of the second sonnet was the final line of the first, and the first lines of all 14 works were collected alternately in the final sonnet.
"Wreath" is also acrostic. The first letters in each line make up a new one, called the Smirgand Knot. It is beyond the power of anyone else in the world. And the number of words in certain letters is often extremely limited. Moreover, the rule of alternating rhymes with female and male endings has never been violated. The author never uses primitive rhymes. The works are easy to read, interesting.
There are among the works of acromezotelestichi. There are only a few such works in Russian poetry. Typically, authors write them without rhyme, and the proposed poetic version of Smirnova is recognized as a real breakthrough in versification. In one composition, another 6 lines are “hidden” vertically.
