The spatial structure of the building must meet certain requirements. Even the simplest house has a foundation and a roof. The American architect Frank Wright has formed his own style, which is still in demand today.

Difficult childhood
The practice of recent decades convincingly testifies that human civilization has come into conflict with the surrounding nature. The emergence of such a situation, many experts predicted in the 19th century. Among the experts is the famous architect Frank Wright, who was born on June 8, 1867 in a typical American family. Parents at that time lived in the town of Richland Center. My father served as a pastor in a local Protestant church. Mother worked as a teacher in a church school. At an early age, the child spent a lot of time in classes with the Kindergarten children's designer.
Wright received his primary education at home. In 1885, he successfully passed the entrance exams and became an engineering student at the famous University of Wisconsin. At this point, unpleasant events occurred in the house. The father left home and left his wife and children to their own devices. Frank had to take care of his mother and two sisters on his shoulders, not yet strong. He tried to combine training and earnings on the side. Two years later, without receiving a diploma, he moved to Chicago and entered the studio of the famous architect Louis Sullivan.

Professional activity
Over the next six years, Wright worked hard and gained experience. Already at the first stage of his activity, he formulated the basic principles of his approach to the design of residential buildings. After a while, this approach was called the Prairie Style. Characteristic elements of this style were a low-rise house, a flat roof, the absence of basements and attics. Already in the middle of the twentieth century, Soviet journalists were surprised to inform their readers that "one-story America" is very similar to Russian villages.
But before the original Prairie Style was recognized by ordinary Americans, some time passed. Only after tens and then hundreds of houses erected by Wright's projects appeared in different states, the demand for such housing took on an avalanche-like character. Frank had to establish his own design company. It should be emphasized that housing built according to new approaches was distinguished by high comfort, pragmatism and affordable cost. The average American citizen could purchase or build his house on the land, having accumulated the necessary amount of dollars for one year.
