Yevgeny Viktorovich Levchenko is a Ukrainian footballer who played as a midfielder for Russian and European football clubs, as well as the Ukrainian national football team. In 2013, he took part in the popular reality show "The Bachelor" on TNT.

Evgeny Viktorovich Levchenko: biography
Evgeny Viktorovich Levchenko was born in Ukraine in the Donetsk region, the village of Konstantinovka on January 2, 1978. Eugene’s love of football began at the age of 8, when the boy’s father is a big fan of the game, presented his son with a ball for his birthday and brought him to the sports section of Donetsk.
At the age of 15, Eugene first entered the field as part of the Metallurg football team. The game of the young midfielder impressed the club management, and Eugene entered the main team. In 1994, after a successful season, Eugene switched to play at the more eminent Donetsk football club Shakhtar.
Evgeny Viktorovich Levchenko: football career
In 1996, Eugene was invited to play in the double of the Moscow football club CSKA. After playing there for six months, the young football player received an invitation from the oldest club in the Netherlands - Vitesse. Having played in the club’s double for several months, Eugene was leased to another Dutch club Helmond. After a good game and a decent conclusion to the season, the player was returned to Vitesse.
This was followed by a game in the Dutch club Kambur, and an invitation to represent the Ukrainian national football team in the match against Slovakia on November 20, 2002.
In 2003, the transition of a football player from “Cambury” to the Dutch club “Sparta Rotterdam” took place. Having played for him for two years, Eugene was not able to establish relations with the coach.
In 2005, Eugene became a player in the famous Dutch club Groningen. A good game in this club was able to bring fame and recognition to the football player among the fans of the country. In 2009, the American men's magazine Esquire, recognized Eugene the most stylish footballer in the Netherlands.

In 2009, the contract with Groningen was completed and Eugene went to play in the Saturn club near Moscow. The game at this club was marred by a financial scandal.
In the summer of 2010, Eugene returned to the Netherlands and signed a contract with the football club Willem II. Having played for him for a year, the footballer moved to Australia, and in July 2011 signed a new contract with Adelaide United football club.
In 2014, Eugene announced the completion of a football career.
