Biography
Judith was born in 1944 in America. Due to her father’s traveling activities, the family often moved, as a result, by the age of 14, the girl had visited more than 10 states and dreamed of a quiet life in her own cozy house.
In 1966, Maknot graduated from college and planned to become a personnel manager in a large airline. But instead, she received an offer to work as a stewardess, which was a bad idea, since Judith suffered from aerophobia.
The girl decided to change direction and got a job as secretary at the CBS radio station. Here her career was very successful, the girl quickly became an assistant administrator, and a year later - a producer of broadcasting programs. She worked at the radio station for three years, after which she quit due to a busy schedule.
Prior to her writing career, Judith Maknot changed several specialties, among which were: personnel interviewer, assistant director and others.
Personal life
In 1968, the future writer unsuccessfully married, the marriage broke up, but in this brief union two children were born: Clayton and Whitney. After the divorce, the children stayed with Judith.
While working as an assistant director, the girl met her fate - businessman Michael Maknot. He made Judith a truly happy woman. The family settled in Detroit and found their home.
Unfortunately, in 1983, Michael died in an accident. Judith was very upset by the loss and traveled a lot, trying to normalize herself and "escape" from depression.
Was in her fate and the third marriage with a golfer - Don Smith. The couple did not live together for long, but after the divorce they remained in good relations and from time to time they continue to communicate and support each other.
