Jess Macallan is an American actress. She became widely known after the role of Josslyn Carver in the troubles of ABC "Mistresses" (2013–2016), and the role of Ava Sharp in the American series "Legends of Tomorrow".

Biography
Jess McAllan was born on August 9, 1982 in Sarasota, Florida (USA). Jess is the oldest of seven children in the family. She has three sisters and three brothers. McAllan showed an interest in art at an early age, she studied dancing from the age of three for twenty years and still practices today.
The actress studied at the University of Florida and received a bachelor's degree in international marketing. After studying in absentia at the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan.
Then Jess moved to New York, where she graduated from the acting studio Maggie Flanigan.
Career and creativity
In the early 2000s, Jess began a modeling career working as a fashion model. From 2001 to 2004 she was a model in Miami and New York.
